Admin Setup - Budget Names

Overview

This screen can be used to create and maintain the set of Budget Names that will be available for use in your system.  The Budget Names created on this screen will become available for selection on the Budget Profiles screen (as placeholders for the eventual Income Statement and Balance Sheet budgets by Legal Entity and Fiscal Year).   On this screen, you can define the master list of Budget Names, provide a description for each, and indicate which ones will be active (and thus available for use).

Roles

This screen is available to users having any of the following roles:  Administrator, GL Admin

License

This screen is available with the Project Financials family of Unanet licenses.

Example Budget Name maintenance screen:

The Budget Names entered on this screen must be unique.  Once a Budget Name has been used on the Budget Profiles screen, it can no longer be deleted.
