Preview

The Preview button allows a user to view a non-editable version of the expense report.  This version will contain all expense report information including Wizard Details, Comments, etc.  This version is more suitable for printing.  You may also want to explore the Print Friendly option which is an even more printer friendly version.

When an expense report is previewed, the system attempts to both Save and then Preview the expense report.
