Save

The Save button will initiate timesheet validations and save the validated entries.  Any errors or warning will be displayed.

There are a number of validations that will prevent the save from successful completion, while other validations will allow the data to be saved (but would not allow the timesheet to be submitted).

If your site is configured with the Enable Timesheet Audit Trail (unatime.audit) property enabled, you may be prompted for Change Reasons if you have altered any previously saved entries.

During the save process, the system will trigger rating logic to determine various attributes that are to be recorded with the time entry.
