Billing Viewers for <Project>

This field will contain a list of any users that have been assigned as an alternate billing viewer for the current project.  

Alternate billing viewers will have the same capabilities as the primary billing viewer except that they cannot modify the entries on the Administrators >> Billing Viewers screen.
