Resource Assigner for <Project>

This field will contain a list of any users that have been assigned as an alternate resource assigner for the current project.  

Alternate resource assigners will have the same capabilities as the primary resource assigners except that they cannot modify the entries on the Administrators >> Resource Assigner screen.
