Selected Projects (/Tasks)

This field will contain a list of projects (or projects followed by a list of indented tasks for projects that are managed at the task level) that meet the following criteria:

• projects that allow Self Assign that the user has explicitly added to this list
• projects that were explicitly assigned by a Resource Assigner (that the user has not removed from this list)
• projects that were assigned via an Org Assignment

Basically, this list reflects the projects/tasks that the user wants to see in the timesheet and expense report drop-down lists.  This may be particularly  useful if you are assigned to many projects, but only really charge to a few.

Note regarding sort order.  

The following properties influence the sorting of entries on the My Projects screen.

-- Show Organization on Timesheet (unatime.timesheet.org.display) - if this property is set to false, then the initial sort will be by Project, otherwise, the initial sort will be by Organization and then Project.

-- Show Task Work Breakdown Structure Numbers (unatime.tasks.show_numbers) - if this property is set to true, then the tasks (if any) will be sorted by the task sequence numbers, otherwise, the tasks will be sorted by task name in an alpha-numeric order.

-- Sort Tasks By Work Breakdown Structure Number (unanet.task.sort.order.by_sequence) - note that this property will not be considered in the task sorting scheme on this screen.
