Plans For <Project>

This field will contain a listing of the Users that have been planned for this project (with Task and Begin / End Dates in parenthesis if they apply).

Note regarding Inactive Users:  Users that have been set to a status of "Inactive" will not show up in the left "Available People" window.  They will, however, show up in the right "Plans For" window.  In this way, you can un-assign an inactive users if you would like.  By default, the users will remain planned even if they are set to a status of inactive.

Show All Existing Filter

This filter can be used to display (Show All Existing) or hide (Hide All Existing) previously saved / existing plans from this field.   This may be useful if you would like to only view the new plans you are creating rather than seeing those in addition to all existing plans.

Performance Note:  For installations that have a large volume of plans charged to single projects, the list of existing plans on this screen can become very large and has the potential to take a long time to display.  Using the Default to Show Existing on Add Plan/Assignment (unanet.show_existing_plans_assignments) property, you can configure this screen to default the 'Show All Existing' filter to hide all existing plans and avoid the lengthy display issue encountered when adding new plans.
