Available People

This field will contain a list of users that are available to be associated with this project.  

Inactive Users & Person Orgs:  Users that have been set to a status of "Inactive" or that belong to an inactive Person Org will not show up in the left "Available People" window.  They will, however, show up in the right "Assignments For" window.  In this way, you can un-assign an inactive user if you would like.  By default, the users will remain assigned even if they are set to a status of inactive or their person org have been made inactive.

This list can be populated / refined using the Filter feature.

Financial Org Restriction  When the Use Financial Organizations (unanet.financials.use_financial_orgs) property is enabled, the list of available people will be limited to those user's having a Person Organizations with the same Legal Entity as that of the Project's Owning Organization (unless the user's Person Org is not a Financial Organization).
