Available Projects

This field will contain a list of projects that may be associated as a Contributor Project to the current project (which is presumably a Lead Project).  This list can be populated / refined using the Filter feature.

Projects eligible to appear must be:

• Active projects
• Projects not already associated as a Contributor Project for this Lead Project
• Projects designated as Standalone
• Projects that have yet to be configured for inclusion in Invoicing (ie the 'Generate Unanet Invoice' option is not checked and there are no Invoice Setup details defined)
• If the Use Financial Organizations (unanet.financials.use_financial_orgs) property has been enabled, the list must be limited to the projects with Owing Orgs that belong to the same Legal Entity.

Further,

• The user configuring the data must have Billing visibility to the project (ie as either an Administrator, Billing Manager or alternate Billing Manager for a project)

• The current Lead Project being edited is excluded from the list
