Charge to Project

When more than one project/task is included on the Purpose screen, a new column will appear on the expense report (Charge To Project).  This column will contain a drop-down list that shows the values associated with the Project Allocation Information table at the top of the expense report.

The options within the drop-down list allow the user to charge a particular line item to either:

 

When only one project is specified on the Purpose page, this column does not appear and all entries on the expense report will be charged to the single project/task identified.
