Comments

This section of the resulting project notes listing may include zero to many Comments.  Users having visibility to the project note can also create additional Comments to the original project note.  Like the project note, comments may have attachments.

Permissions with respect to who can view, add and edit comments is similar to that for the project note itself.  That is, if a user has an association with a project or has visibility to a project, they can create project notes for a project.  These users can also create Comments on project notes for those projects.   Users can edit and delete their own comments, but not Comments created by others.  Administrators and Project Managers can edit and remove any comment or project notes (for their projects).
