Control PO Hours

When a Purchase Order (PO) is created against a PR, this checkbox sets a cap on the number of hours on the PO. If the Control PO Hours checkbox is checked, then the sum of all hours specified on PO lines related to this PR line must be less than or equal to the sum of all hours for the line in the original PR and its Mods.
