Detail Level

This is a required field and you can choose multiple detail levels. The available levels include:

Single Document - The PO Form will display only the lines created or modified on the current document.

Consolidated Form - The PO Form will display all the lines of the original PO and its Mods and will sum the amounts from the original through the current document.

Consolidated Form with Details - The PO Form will display all the lines of the original PO and its Mods and will sum the amounts from the original through the current document. In addition, the details of the original PO and its Mods will be printed to display the history of each line.

After you click Save or Submit, the detail levels become hyperlinks which you can click on to see a preview of the document.
