Email Note To

This field can be used to send a copy of a project note to one or several other people.  Do note that attachments are only referenced within the email and are not sent.

With this feature, you have the option to email:

• Project Manager - checking this option will send a copy of the project note to the Primary Project Manager associated with the project.

• People Assigned to Project - checking this option will send a copy of the project note to all users that have an explicit project or task level assignment.

• People Assigned to the Project Note - checking this option will send a copy of the project note to the user that is specified as the Assignee.

• Others - Within this text box, the user can enter one to many comma separated email addresses.  These do not have to be Unanet users.
