Email Notifications

The project assigner can send out an email notification to users that have new assignments.  Users have the ability (via their preference screen) to choose to not receive these notifications.  

Notifications will not be sent when un-assigning a user.

Various project users can be included on notifications in addition to other manually entered email addresses.

The content of the email messages being sent can be customized by the Unanet Administrator via the Admin >> Setup >> Email Notifications screen (modifying the appropriate email templates).

When initiating changes via the Assign Plans or bulk Add Assignment screen, the users will receive one email per project/task (rather than one email per specific assignment generated).  In other words, when generating assignments from the planning grids, the user will not receive one for each period, but rather one email listing all of their assignments for that project or task.
