E-mailed

The E-mailed field will contain the date / time stamp and user name associated with the most recent emailing of a purchase order. This field will only display if Show E-mailed is checked on the Search page.

Purchase orders can be emailed multiple times, and this field will only show the information associated with the latest email sent.
