Allow the budget to be exceeded

This field can be used to specify whether the user is allowed to exceed their assignment budget when reporting time.  

If it is not checked, and a labor budget amount has been entered, a validation will occur at the point of timesheet submittal (and the submittal may be prevented if the total number of hours reported exceeds the person's individual budgeted amount).  

The default for this field when creating a new entry is controlled by the Allow Budget to be Exceeded (unanet.default.allow_budget_to_exceed) property.

Note that only actuals that fall within the date range of the current assignment (and sharing other attributes of the assignment such as labor category and location) will be counted and compared with that assignment's budget.

Note:  When an accrual plan post occurs, this field is automatically deselected for all users associated with that accrual plan. If the Exceed checkbox is already selected on Setup Accrual Plans, the budget will still be allowed to be exceeded and this checkbox remains checked.
