Factor

This field contains a value that can be used to multiply against an individual's cost rate to adjust cost amounts for any time allocated to this Pay Code.  The default value for this field is 1.0.   This factor will be applicable to those users having the 'hourly' or 'non-employee' classifications in all cases.

For those user's having the 'salaried' classification, whether this factor is applied will be determined by the value set in the "Salaried Usage" field.

Note: If you set Cost Rate Factor to 0, any rates multiplied by this Pay Code will result in 0 amounts, for example on Vendor Invoice matched transactions.
