Fiscal Year (Actuals as of:)

When editing rates for an established Fiscal Year, this is an optional field.  The date manually entered in this field is intended to reflect when the Actual Rates were calculated in an external system.  The value supplied will be displayed on various Project Costing Reports (in the header legend area).  When no value is supplied, the term "Undefined" will appear.

While this date is editable from the Indirect Cost Rates tab when editing any Cost Structure, a single value is stored in Unanet per Fiscal Year.
