Hours

This field is the number of hours being purchased. Hours can be zero or positive, and can have two decimal places.

If the PO is associated with a PR, and if Control PO Hours is checked on the PR line, then the sum of hours on the PO lines must be less than or equal to the sum of hours on the PR lines.
