Expense Plan List - Icon Controls
-- the edit icon can be used to modify a record. Note that in most instances, double clicking on a row will provide the same behavior as clicking the edit icon.
-- the copy icon can be used to make an exact copy of a record (you will need to modify something on the newly copied record otherwise it will result in a duplicate error)
-- the delete icon can be used to remove an individual expense plan entry.
-- the delete all icon can be used to remove all of the expense plan entries currently displayed (ie those that matched the selection criteria supplied on the search tab).
-- the add expense plan icon can be used to add (or remove) expense plan entries to a project.
