• The edit pencil will only be available in the list if:

• • The item has not been posted by Billing & Revenue post for either billing or revenue, OR

  • The item has not been posted for billing, i.e. there may be revenue transactions generated for this item but there are no UNBILLED transactions and billing_post_history_key is null, OR

  • The item has never been on an invoice that was completed, i.e. in the case when it is not on an invoice now but was previously included in a voided invoice, the item would NOT be editable

• Future recognition schedule entries can continue to be modified.

•  Note that in most instances, double clicking on a row will provide the same behavior as clicking the edit icon.
