List Invoices - Icon Controls
-- the Save Criteria icon will allow you to save the criteria for a particular search, which can be recalled for future use or placed on a dashboard in the My Lists section.
-- the Attachment icon will display the attachment page for the invoice.
-- the View icon will allow you to view a non-editable version of a particular invoice.
-- the Edit icon will allow you to make changes to a particular invoice. Only Draft invoices can be modified (Completed and Extracted invoices are frozen from further change). You will need to edit an invoice to add One-Time items, defer items or modify header or footer information on a draft invoice. For Cloud-enabled environments, once you edit a SUBMITTED, APPROVING, APPROVED, or DISAPPROVED invoice, the status will return to DRAFT.
-- the Complete icon will allow you to complete an invoice. For Cloud-enabled environments, you can only complete Approved invoices.
-- the Complete All icon will allow you to complete all draft invoices displayed on the List screen. Those invoices that have previously been Completed will be ignored.
-- the Void / Uncomplete icon will allow you to void a completed or extracted invoice (generating a negating / voiding invoice) or uncomplete a completed invoice. You cannot void an invoice that has already been voided or one that is a voiding invoice. The uncomplete option is only available to users having the Administrator role when the Allow Users to UnComplete Invoices (unanet.invoice.allow_invoice_uncomplete) property has been enabled. In addition, you cannot void or uncomplete an invoice that was generated by Historical Data Load (indicated by
).
-- the Delete icon will allow you to delete a particular invoice . Only Draft invoices can be deleted (Completed, Extracted or Voided invoices are frozen from further change).
-- the Delete All icon will allow you to delete all draft invoices displayed on the List screen. Only Draft invoices can be deleted (Completed, Extracted or Voided invoices are frozen from further change).
-- the Reminder Email icon only displays if there is a value in the Past Due search criteria field. It shows if the reminder email has been opened or not. An open envelope indicates it has been read, and a closed envelope indicates it has not been read. Hover over the icon to see how many days since last sent.
Note: There is a known issue where the reminder email icon may display as closed even if the email was opened. Some email clients may not trigger the event necessary to display the email as opened.
