Plan w/ Search List - Icon Controls

-- the add icon can be used to create a planned work entry  for an individual user. This option will navigate you to an plan screen (without the top section that allows you to search for users -- since you have already indicated which user you wish to add).

-- the multi-add icon can be used to create planned work entries for multiple users.  When choosing this icon, you must first indicate which users from the list you would like to include (via the checkboxes).  This option will navigate you to a bulk planning screen (without the filter ability to further refine the contents of the Available People -- since you have already searched for and indicated with users to include).
