Labor Cost Element

The Labor Cost Element  field is used to identify a users default cost structure / cost element (when assigned on the Person Profile Rate tab).  It can also be defined on an Assignment to provide a project specific override to the person's default cost element.

The Labor Cost Element drop-downs will contain a complete listing of all Cost Structure/Cost Elements defined by the administrator on the Admin >> Setup >> Cost Elements screen.
