Lead Project

This field will contain a list of projects from which a single project can be selected and defined as the Lead Project to the current Contributor Project.  This list must be populated / refined using the Filter feature.

Projects eligible to appear must be:

• Active projects
• Projects designated as Lead projects
• If the Use Financial Organizations (unanet.financials.use_financial_orgs) property has been enabled, the list must be limited to the projects with Owing Orgs that belong to the same Legal Entity.

Further,

• The user configuring the data must have Billing visibility to the project (ie as either an Administrator, Billing Manager or alternate Billing Manager for a project)
