Location
This field is used specify a particular Location value to be associated with an assignment or planned work entry. This field is not a required field.
On listings, a location reflected in light gray text indicates a default value (e.g. the person's default location) vs. an explicit override entered by a project assigner or planner (which is displayed in a darker font).
If this project is set up to have a project level list of available locations, drop-down lists will contain only those project locations.
If a location is specified on an assignment, it will be the only option available in the user's location drop-down list on their timesheet (if the location column is not hidden on the timesheet)
If the location column is hidden on the timesheet, the location specified on the assignment will be recorded with time entries to that project / task.
