Mileage Rates

This field will display the date specific rate entries (with a precision of up to 4 decimal places) that belong to this Mileage Rate Set.  Each rate entry has an effective date.  

As expense line items are entered, the rate used will be determined by the rate that is effective as of that line item date - and will be multiplied by the total number of miles to calculate the expense amount
