Mod Amount

The dollar amount on this Mod to the purchase requisition. It can be positive or negative and is relative to the original PR's request amount. For example, if the original PR has a request amount of $100, and then you add a Mod with a Mod amount of $200, then the PR Balance will be $300 (assuming not related to any purchase orders (POs) yet). If a PO has been created against this PR, then the total requested amount cannot be less than the amount on the PO. For example, if the original PR request amount was $1000, and then a PO is created for the amount of $1000, you cannot then add a Mod that is negative (takes away money). You can add a Mod to increase the amount.
