Name

This field contains the name of a particular Accrual Plan.  This name will appear in the drop-down list on the person profile screens (which is where you associated this accrual plan to a user), and must be unique.

The various accrual plans are created by the Administrator via the Admin >> Setup >> Accrual Plans screens.
