Name

This filed is comprised of several name components, including:

• First -  the user's first name (required)

• MI - the user's middle initial

• Last - the user's last name (required)

• Suffix - a suffix such as Jr., 2nd , etc.

• Nickname - the user's nickname (this field is no longer displayed on any screens other than the person profile and available for export)

These fields are not all required, but do appear within the product on various screens and reports.
