Organization / Legal Entity Access

This field will display one of the following values:

• All -- This setting indicates that the user will not have their access limited by organization.

• None -- This setting indicates that the user does not have access to any organizations at the global level.  This user may still be explicitly associated with a project on a project by project basis however.

• Selected -- This setting indicates that the user will have access to the organizations specified on the edit screen.  Note that associating a user with a parent org will also automatically associated the user with all subordinate children organizations (should you use that hierarchical feature).  Note that for some of the "Financial" Roles, you will have two "Selected" options you may configure (one for Legal Entities and one for Financial Organizations).

Clicking on the edit pencil on the desired record on this screen will allow the Administrator to view / modify this setting or manage specific organizations to be included.

Note that for the Project oriented roles, this feature works in conjunction with the Project Profile >> Access tab settings for project visibility.

Note that for the People oriented roles, this feature works in addition to any Time and Expense Approval Group relationships for people visibility.
