Project
If Project is specified on the PO summary screen, that value is used on the detail line and the field is disabled.
Your choice of project and task may affect which detail lines you can add:
Labor Detail Lines:
Project or task must allow time reporting.
Expense Detail Lines:
Project or task must allow expense reporting.
Item Detail Lines:
Project or task must allow item reporting.
Note: For PO Item lines, if the item is marked as an inventory item, we recommend that you do not choose a project or choose an account that requires a project. This is done to avoid double billing for inventory items.
