Project

This field is the project associated with the purchase order.

The projects available will be limited to those that have an Owning Organization that belongs to the selected Legal Entity. Also, projects are available in the drop-down if they allow at least one of these:

• Project or related task allows time reporting

• Project or related task allows expense reporting

• Project or related task allows item reporting

This field is only editable on the original PO. It is read-only on the Mod, or if the project is from the related PR.

If project is populated on the summary page, then the detail lines will be pre-populated with that project and you cannot change it. If it is not populated on the summary page, then the detail lines can have different projects.
