Project Administrator Access

Using the various checkboxes in this section of the screen, the Project Manager can control whether any other Project Managers, Billing Managers, Billing Viewers, Resource Planners, Resource Assigners, Resource Requestors, Project Viewers, Project Document Viewers, Project PO Viewers, or Project PR Viewers may have access to this project's data without being explicitly associated with the project (via the Project Profile >> Administrators left menu item).  

Note: Project PR Viewers and Project PO Viewers are only available with the Project Financials family of Unanet licenses.

These checkboxes are checked by default when a new project is created.

These settings work in conjunction with the Organization Access screens, where a user may have a set of project and owning organizations defined, thus determining which projects they will have visibility into (in addition to those with which they are explicitly assigned).
