Project

The Project field is a concatenation of the Project Organization and Project Code.  Users will select project codes when recording time and expense entries.

Time and Expense actuals can only be charged to projects having an active Project Organization.

Time and Expense actuals can only be charged to projects/tasks having an active Owning Organization (if an Owning Organization is associated with a particular project).
