Role

This field will contain a list of roles.  The list will contain only those roles that a particular user has (e.g. you couldn't assign someone as your Manager alternate if you were not a manager in the first place).  

Further, only roles that are allowed to have alternates assigned will be available.

Note that it is possible to remove the ability to assign alternates to a particular role by having the role removed directly from a database table (but this would require that you contact Unanet Support for assistance with the necessary database scripts).
