Section Columns

The options included in this portion of the Matched Labor configuration screen allow you to define additional columns to be included in the line item details.

The options available in this section include:

• Show Amount - when checked, transaction dollar amounts will be included for each row

• Show Hours - when checked, transaction hours will be included for each row

• Show Rate - when checked, transaction cost rate will be included for each row

• Show Work Date - when checked, transactions will be itemized based on the vendor invoice labor line date

You can optionally configure up to 4 columns which will display (and be sorted) from left to right in the order you define them.

Click on to add columns and click on to delete columns.

The options in this section include:

• Value - The valid Value options for this section include:
• • Person - Formatted as:  lastName, firstName, middleInitial., suffix
  • Project - see Project/Task Display Controls on the Summary tab
  • Task - see Project/Task Display Controls on the Summary tab
  • Labor Category Name - Labor Category
  • Labor Category Description - Labor Category Description
  • Location
  • Purchase Order Line - Purchase Order line number

• Heading Label
• • This is an optional field.  Max length of 40 characters.
  • If a heading label is defined, it will appear above the column in that section.  

• Subtotal - When selected, an additional line reflecting a sum of the value in this section will be displayed (having a label of "Subtotal For Heading_Label Value_Name:"

• • If a column subtotal is selected, the column must have a Value option selected as well.

  • When selected, subtotals are displayed even if amounts are not being displayed for individual line items

  • You have option of displaying subtotals for

  • • Amount

    • Hours

Date, quantity and amount columns are formatted using your Unanet instance's chosen locale and/or currency formats.
