Show External Comments Only

This checkbox allows you to choose to show external comments only for the detail lines. If this checkbox is checked, the following fields will not show on the PO form:

• Labor detail lines:  Labor Category, Person, Period of Performance
• Expense detail lines: Expense Type, Person, Period of Performance, Required By Date
• Item detail lines: Item, Person, Period of Performance, Required By Date
