Sort Order

This is an optional numeric attribute of the Skill Level.  If it is populated, its value will be used to sort the Skill levels.  That is, instead of sorting Skill levels alphabetically (e.g., Advanced, Expert, Intermediate, Novice), the appropriately chosen numeric values assigned to each Skill level may result in the "logical" order (e.g. Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert).  If no sort order is specified, it will default to 0.
