Task

This field is optional for the PO.

The tasks available will be limited to:

• Only those tasks having an Owning Organization (should one be specified) that belongs to the same Legal Entity as the Legal Entity specified on the PO.

• Those tasks that have the following checked: Allow Time Reporting (for labor detail lines), Allow Expense Reporting (for expense detail lines), or Allow Item Reporting (for item detail lines), unless task is using the project setting and reporting is allowed on the project level.

 If the PO is associated with a PR, task is pre-populated with the value from the latest approved PR Mod, or the original PR, if no Mods exist..

This field is only editable on the original PO. It is read-only on the Mod, or if the task is from the related PR.

Note: If the detail lines have different tasks, the task field on the summary will not have any values. If all detail lines have the same task, then the task field on the summary will have that task.
