The Assignment View selection criteria option will allow the user to influence how the resulting grid will be laid out.  Depending on the value of the "Manage at Task Level" option on the Project Profile, you will see the following options:

Manage at Task Level = Unchecked (i.e. - Assignments created at the Project level)

• Project -- The grid will display project level assignment entries for multiple users for multiple periods.

Manage at Task Level = Checked (i.e. - Assignments created at the task level)

• Tasks for many People -- The grid will display task level assignment entries organized by task followed by users.

• People for many Tasks -- The grid will display task level assignment entries organized by user followed by tasks.
