The Calculation Options selection criteria allows you to determine whether the calculations are to be based on actual values, GL Budget values or both.  

When checking the GL Budget option, you must also identify which Budget will be considered.  The master list of available values is maintained on the Admin >> Setup >> Budget Names screen.  Only active Budget Names are presented in this multi-select list.
