The Column Options selection criteria for this list allows you to specify which columns will be included in the resulting output.  

The options specified will result in an additional column included in the List output which will display the respective user and a date / timestamp of a particular activity, including

• Created By -- when a financial document was originally created and by whom
• Submitted By -- when a financial document was submitted and by whom
• Posted By -- when a financial document  was posted and by whom
• Last Modified By -- the name and date / timestamp of the most recent person that modified the financial document
• Project Code/Title -- the project codes and titles from the invoices paid by the customer payment in order to relate payments to the specific government agency and contract
