The Column Options selection criteria for this report allows you to specify:
Show Project Titles - When selected, the report output will display the project title appended to the project code.
Show People - If this option is selected, the report output will include details for each person.
Show Labor Categories - If this option is selected, the report output will include details for each labor category.
Show Person Organization - This option will display if your system has multi-entity accounting enabled. It is only selectable when Show People is selected. When selected, the report output will include the person's organization.
Show Expense Types - If this option is selected, the report output will include details by expense type.
Show Tasks - If this option is selected, the report output will include details for each task.
List all tasks / Rollup Tasks Drop-down - This section criteria option will only become available when the Show Projects and Show Tasks option are selected. The default value "List all tasks individually" will show all details summarized to the appropriate level based on the other selected reporting options. The remaining options in this drop-down will result in the output being summarized to a particular level of the task work breakdown structure (WBS). Details for the specified level of the WBS and those lower in the WBS hierarchy will be "rolled up" and included in each amount. This is a way to summarize various legs of a WBS to an intermediate level. Note that this will apply to actuals charged as well as amounts such as Assignment Budgets and Plans where included in the output.
Note regarding Non-Billable Amount Suppression:
When charging Actuals to a non-billable project type, the hours values may be included in report output, however, any associated billable / revenue amounts will reflect $0.00. This determination is based on the project type selected when saving the timesheet rather than the project's default project type.
