The Column Options selection criteria for this list allows you to specify whether or not you wish to include additional columns displaying the name of the requestor, purchaser, or UDFs.

Show UDFs will only display when there is at least one active and enabled PR UDF defined in  Admin >> Setup User Defined Fields.
