Compute Availability with Plans from Other Projects

This option will only appear if the Enable Multiple Plan Sets (unanet.plan_sets.enabled) property has been enabled.  

The options available with this control will determine how users availability will be computed given the various possible plan sets established in your system.  Users can chose to consider plans from a specific plan set name (having the highest version of that plan set), or, they can choose to consider only the 'active' plan set.

User availability will be calculated as follows:

• Plan Set feature enabled
• • Calculate availability based on the user's business week definition and all of the plans that exists for the user in the date range of interest.  
    
    Note that the plans to consider vary when considering the current project vs. the plans from all other projects and will include:
    
  • • Plans from Current project -- All plans for this user that belong to the selected plan set (that is, the Plan Set identified in the drop-down at the top of the screen)
    • Plans from All Other projects -- Include either;
      

• 1. 1. • all plans from active plans sets from other projects, or
        • all plans from the highest version of plan sets with the selected plan set name from other projects
           
• Plan Set feature disabled

• • While this control will not appear, you will still calculate availability based on the user's business week definition and all of the plans that exists for the user in the date range of interest (across all projects).
