The Cost Structure selection criteria can be used to narrow down which Cost Structures will be included in the output.  By default (if no Cost Structures are selected), no filtering by Cost Structure occurs.  

This multi-select box will contain a listing of all Cost Structures define in the system by the Administrator on the Admin >> Setup >> Cost Structure screens.
