The As of Date selection criteria can be used to narrow down the time frame for which details will be included in the output.   In this version of the Date Range control, you have the option of specifying:

• As of  Date -- You can specify an As of Date by either typing in the date directly or using the calendar control.  Specifying this option will result in all details as of the date to be included in the output.  This may be useful, for example, if you wanted to include only those labor category rates effective as of the end of last year for example.
