The Include in List selection criteria for this list allows you to specify whether the list results should include:
My Primary Requests as Resource Requestor - The list results will be limited to those resource requests for which the current user is the user that originated the request.
My Alternate Requests as Resource Requestor - The list results will be limited to those resource requests visible to the current users alternate resource requestors.
My Primary & Alternate Requests as Resource Requestor - The list results will include a combination of the two lists described above.
My Primary Requests as Resource Planner- The list results will be limited to those resource requests for which the current user is recognized as an allowable resource planner on a given request. This would include a resource request that the planner has already begun editing in the fulfillment process (and has not yet declined) as well as those resource requests where the current user has been identified as a resource planner for a request (and no other identified resource planners have begun to fulfill the request yet).
My Alternate Requests as Resource Planner- The list results will be limited to those resource requests visible to the current users alternate resource planners.
My Primary & Alternate Requests as Resource Planner- The list results will include a combination of the two lists described above.
All Requests I can see - The list results will include a combination of all of the items available in the options described above (unless the user has the Administrator role in which case no filtering will occur).
Note that the default value for this option will be the most restrictive relationship a user may have in an effort to prevent users from accidentally running a report for all users. That is, if a user has a Resource Requestor or Resource Planner role, then My Primary Requests as a Resource [Requestor / Planner] will be the default option.
For those users having an Administrator role, the default value will be All Requests I can see.
